The farm and buildings date from C.1790, with rare breed Red Poll cattle, historic fields and water features on the River Gowy. There are a variety of land uses with an emphasis on conservation and reducing carbon footprint.

The small 10kW VEP planned for this site will generate enough power to run 6 UK homes.
